Young Carers Action Day is an annual event, organised by Carers Trust.
Young Carers Action Day aims to raise awareness of young carers and the incredible contribution they make to their families and local communities.
This year's theme is 'Fair futures for young carers'.
One in three young carers struggle to balance caring with education, meaning they miss out on opportunities to learn, earn and thrive.
Every young carer should have the chance to fulfil their potential. Young Carers Action Day aims to create a future where young carers can dream without limits.
