Making your voice count in numbers
With local Healthwatch up and down England busy writing their annual reports, we recap on just some of the things the local Healthwatch network got up to in 2014/15.
In 2014/15, we:
- Served 152 areas across England
- Were supported by 5,400 volunteers
- Engaged over 300,000 people to find out their views
- Made over 3,368 visits to local services to find out if they really work for people
- Amplified people’s voices through 3,500+ media stories
- Published 650 reports

Last year, the Healthwatch network worked on over 60 health and social care issues, based on the experiences of local people.
