Healthwatch England welcomes new Committee member

Debbie Bartlett joins Healthwatch England

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Debbie Bartlett as the newest member of our Committee.

Debbie, who recently retired as the Executive Director of Adult Social Services for Norfolk County Council, brings a wealth of strategic experience.

With a rich background in senior health and social care roles, Debbie is passionate about ensuring that NHS and social care services are designed hand in hand with those who use them.

Starting her working life as a journalist, Debbie went on to hold positions at various health and care bodies, including the Audit Commission and Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board. She also served as the Chair of a Primary Care Commissioning Committee.

Outside work, she enjoys nature walks, reading, sewing, and gardening.
