Engaging people through service change supporting materials

Summary

We held a conference for those who commission and provide health and care services, as well as people involved in the national programmes that are driving change in the NHS and social care (including the New Models of Care Vanguards, the Integrated Care Pioneers and the Better Care Fund and devolution sites).

The day aimed to show how good public engagement leads to better health care services. The event also looked at how communities can be more involved in the reforms that are currently taking place.
